In the book, the writer describes the life of young Artemis who leads a peaceful and happy life with her loved ones until the onset of the Asia Minor Destruction whereupon, kidnapped by the heinous Alibey, Artemis undergoes her trials and tribulations side by side with uprooted Asia Minor Hellenism's trials and tribulations, which culminate with the martyrdom of Metropolitan Chrysostomos of Smyrna. Through the pages of the book, where war and peace are interwoven with exquisite skill, readers will have the opportunity to relive one of the most significant folds of Hellenic History…
The book's illustrations are the artwork of Lydia Dimakopoulou.

The Apostoliki Diakonia has published a new illustrated episode in the framework of the “Children' s Horizons” series: “Margarita, the Blue & the White”, a book by Kassiani Panoutsopoulou. The book is accompanied by a CD which contains the story's Theatrical Version adapted by Takis Chrysoulis and performed by actors of the Institute of Pedagogical Theater. The songs and music have been composed by Georgios Voukanos; the direction is the work of Alkis Zervos; and the illustrations are the artwork of Olga Kotsirea. There is also a friendly cameo appearance by Anna Kalouta. In the book, the writer describes the experiences of a child which the declaration of the war of 1940 finds in Elementary School. This significant event, World War II, is rendered through the words of that very child. The message conveyed is a cry of concern from the world of the young to the world of adults. The book, handling the subject from a fresh angle, is poignant and raises questions.

The colorful Gypsy of the authentic rhythms, the diversity in style and technique, with a dominant element in improvisation, tied creatively inspired by famous music from the gypsy musical tradition - from the Ederlezi Goran Bregovich ( «Weather gypsies") and Makabuto the Gipsy Kings, by Nais Balamos Tsaknis of the Dui - Dui, Djelem - Djelem other - and with compositions written especially for the show, George Voukanos. Hey, you!: Theatrical Soundtrack Music & Orchestration George Voukanos,
five one-act plays by Takis Chryssoulis at Elyze Theatre One of the most ingenious proposals for this year's theatre season is Takis Chryssouli's play Hey, you!, presented at Athens' Elyze Theatre, from October 15 till the end of the season, which comes to show a new way of performing a play. The performance consists of five one-act plays, all written by Chryssoulis; each one of them corresponds with another letter of the alphabet. This is not the only element of the performance that makes it so original: each one-act play is directed by a different director; they are Costas Baras, Yannis Mortzos, Zacharias Rochas, Varvara Douka and Michalis Achouriotis. All the heroes present their own -supposedly different- aspect of reality, but in the long run what they do present is aspect of our reality. The performance has also a second level, one that has to do with language. Takis Chryssoulis presents with these five one-act plays a game, both interesting and humorous, with language, since each one-act play has dialogues with words beginning all with the same letter! How is this possible? There is only one way to find out: go and watch the performance!   The Soundtrack of the show released on Cd. In a magical way, the author describes little Alexis' journey into adulthood, in an imaginary world that is nevertheless very real, in the thoughts and the dreams of a child.
